For too long, those most impacted by Minnesota's criminal legal system have been left out of the very decision-making processes that shape it. The Minnesota Justice Research Center aims to change that, starting with our new Just Lead Fellowship, piloting in 2025.
The Just Lead Fellowship is a 12-month leadership development program designed to develop fellows' leadership skills and capacities, helping them harness their firsthand knowledge of the criminal legal system to prepare them for leadership positions on state boards and commissions.
