Realities of Reentry for Registry-Involved Persons

Reentry provides enough challenges of its own. However, for registry-involved individuals, there are often additional barriers and hurdles. Panelists Tim Dorway (MN Second Chance Coalition and REPOWERED), Mark Bliven, and Brad Vandervegt (Minnesota Department of Corrections) will discuss the real data about registry-involved recidivism rate and the special release conditions that exist for those on the Predatory Offender Registry.
